With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samantha Rice in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Bernice Penney; her stepfather Garett Penney; her father Samuel Jacque (Susan); her siblings, Catherine Keefe (Andrew), Gerard Rice (Kayla), Garett Penney Jr., Bradford Jacque (Rachel) and Harvey Jacque; and her grandparents, Lloyd, Myrtle Rice, Henry and Bella Saunders (Rob Fillier). She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
