She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Shiwak and Blanche Shiwak; and also, Hayward Oliver, Bill Shiwak, Ned Shiwak, Dan Shiwak, Johnny Boy Shiwak, Evelyn Campbell, Bertha Shiwak, Amy Jane Shiwak and Marjorie Goudie.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Oliver (Jenny); her grandson Dryden; and her siblings, Fred Shiwak (Annie), Christine Broomfield (Henry) and Laura Shiwak.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (45 Aspen Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Anglican Church (47 Grenfell St, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P1E0).
