With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald James Hopkins (Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Hopkins and Arthur Hopkins; and his siblings, Linda Hopkins, Katherine Hopkins, Job Hopkins (Dora) and Richard Rich.

He is survived by: his sisters, Marina Best, Rosamond Blake, Evelyn Rose, Ruth Hope (Jordon), Irene Oliver and Dolly McCutcheon; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Rich and Andy Laracy.
