She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her son Whycliff; her granddaughter Debby; her great grandchild Corey; her parents, Charles Bushey and Lucy Bushey; her siblings, Jessie and Dora; and her stepsiblings, Susie, Mildred, Lester, Ray, Jim and Clement.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lucy Hopkins (Neville), Eleanor Zigmund, Margaret Russell, Maxine Elliot (Lloyd), Sheila Baggs (Edgar), Iona Elliott (Neil), Fronie Mercer (Ronald) and Mona Sheppard (Donald); her siblings, Margaret Brown, Laura Kellar, Orland and Eli; and her close friend Valerie White. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews.
