She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Douglas Hobbs; her daughter Bernice Webber; her grandson Darren Budgell; her parents, Charlie and Gladys; and her siblings, John Broomfield, Fanny McNeil, Susie Rich, Gladys Humby, Doris Snow and Annie Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda May Bookbinder (Jason), Marilyn Grace Budgell (Nelson), Lillian Gladys Dyson (Eric) and Ralph Wilton Webber Jr.; her grandchildren, William Smith (Jennifer), Bradley Budgell (Bethan), Christopher Budgell (Nakita), Darlene Budgell (Edward), Brian Webber and Bernice Penashue (Robert); and her siblings-in-law, Tom Hobbs (Mary), Ken Hobbs, Eric Hobbs, Mary Peddle (Ron), Daphne Walsh (Gerald) and Lavenia Hobbs.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (45 Aspen Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Anglican Church (47 Grenfell St, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P1E0).
