She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald Wells; her parents, Robert Bird and Valencia Bird (Lethbridge); her parents-in-law, George and Emma Wells (Downer); and her brother Lewis Charles Bird.

She is survived by: her sons, Daren Wells (Georgina), Steven and Shawn; her grandchildren, Katie, Nicolas, Gaige, Trenton, Alexis, Drayton, Dylan and Daxton; her siblings, Arlene Bird (Guy), Marion Kenny and Michael Bird; her siblings-in-law, Don Wells (Anne), George Wells, Robert Young, Cora Wells and Debbie Wells; and her cousin Margaret "Chick" O'Neill (Jim).

In lieu of flowers, a donation of sympathy may be made to St. Andrew's Anglican Church.
