He is survived by: his close friends, Jerome Murphy, Henri Ike Rich, Clarence Shears, Glen Noseworthy, Nell Szabo and Dorothy Wall; and his friends, Cindy Barrett, Jim Rumbolt, Frank and Barbara Brown.
