She is survived by: her husband Melvin Martin; her children, Carol-Ann Obed (Anthony) and William Obed; her grandsons, Ethan and Robert Obed; her stepchildren, Jaden (Dana), Kerrilyn and Ashley; her stepgrandchildren, Jayden, Laina, Daya, Uapstan, Jayden Jr., Noah John and Felix; her siblings, Toby, Elias Obed and Sarah Obed; and her niece Cheyanne Obed.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle (250 Hamilton River Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P1S0).
