He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Benuen. He is survived by: his common-law partner Josie Tshakapesh; his children, Antonia Jacobish, Aiyanna Jacobish and Athena Jacobish; his father Luke Rich; and his siblings, Jake Rich, Trevor Rich, Lorraine Benuen, Mary Pia Rich and Akat Penashue.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (45 Aspen Rd, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at the St. Anne Tshukuminu Roman Catholic Church (1 Pasteen Street, Natuashish, NL A0P1A0).
