He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Osmond and Hector Osmond. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his daughter Melanie Code (Adam); his grandchild Zoey Code; and his siblings, David Osmond (Kathleen), Effie Gale (Gerald) and Joan Daniels.
