She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Burry and Annie Burry; her husband Samuel Lewelyn Woodland; and her siblings, Frank, Samuel and Marguerite.

She is survived by: her daughters, Geraldine (Lloyd) of St. John's and Claudette (Bob) of Greenspond; her grandchildren, Suzanne, Crystal (Maurice) and Tim (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Lily, Cash and Gwen; her siblings, Barbara Granter of Pools Island and Peter Burry (Jenny) of St. John's; her sister-in-law Laura Burry of St. John's; and her niece Ruth Collins of St. John's.

As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
