She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Emma Carter (Woodland); her husband Gordon of Greenspond; and her siblings, Roland (Edna), Cecil (Lydia), Llewellyn (Alma), Charlie (Mary), Lucy (Cecil) and Jean (Wilfred). She is also survived by nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, other relatives and a large circle of special friends.
As an expression of sympathy and in her memory, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond or the Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler's Cove.
