He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Burry and Raymond Burry; his brother Terry Burry; and his brother-in-law George Burton. He is survived by: his wife Daphne; his children, Rick Burry (Gail) of Wesleyville and Lisa Burry (Glenn) of Fort McMurray; his grandchildren, Brandon (Elizabeth), Jenna (Jeremy), Terence, Daniel (Stephanie) and Bradley; his siblings, Winston (Barbara) of Gander, Wayne (Mary) of Greenspond, Leslie (Mary) of Gander, Bruce (Judy) of Gambo, Randy (Susan) of Portugal Cove, Raymond (Wanda) of New Brunswick, Edna Burton of Greenspond and Glenys Carter (Baxter) of Greenspond; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Downer (Doreen) of Goulds and Donna Burry of St. John.
