She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Tobin; her parents, George Burt and Lucy Burt; her parents-in-law, Madeline and Michael Tobin; her brothers, Reg and Ludwick Burt; and her sister-in-law Hazel Burt.
She is survived by: her daughter Edith Mercer (Barry); her granddaughter Mandy Mercer (Shane Reynolds); her great grandchildren, Mya and Lily Healey; her children, Gordon Tobin (Sylvia) and Lisa Tobin Joe (David Joe); her sisters, Marie Jennings (late Ray), Genevieve Newbury (Ira) and Winnie Burt; and her sister-in-law Jean Burt. She is also survived by daughter-in-law, and 2 granddaughters.
