He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Budgell and John Budgell; and his siblings, David, John and Hannah Budgell.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Budgell; his children, David Budgell (Ashley) and Paula Casey; his grandchildren, Nicole, Hailey and Brandon; and his brother Richard Budgell (Anne Marie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
