He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda; his grandson James; his siblings, Hilda and Greg; and his former wife Mary Lindahl-Hatt.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Stacey (John); his grandchildren, Krista, Karyn and Kevin Etheridge; and his stepchildren, Denis Lindahl (Cathy) of St. John's, NL, Gerald Lindahl (Margaret) of Ontario, Patricia Lindahl of Grand Falls, Signe James (Dave) of Grand Falls and Lillian Bennett (Brian) of Halifax, NS.
