With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William G. Burton (Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 11, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pearce Burton and Edna Burton; his wife Taffie; his children, Marvin (Wendy), Shawn (Elaine), Cathy (Harold), Carolyn (Darryl) and Jennifer (Richard); his grandchildren, Sarah (Travis), Allan (Ashley), Allie (Liam), Olivia, Hannah, Joseph, Jaden, Jacob, Abigail (Nathan), James and Isaiah; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Landon and Brody; his siblings, Harvey (Marie), Clarence Herbert (Ruth), Ruby Evelyn (Gordon), Garry (Edna) and Barbara; his parents-in-law, Allan and Alma Gillingham; his sister Shirley; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Vaters and Hope Burton. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
