Tracy Lynn Hollett Obituary

It is with broken hearts that the Family of the late Tracy Lynn Hollett, née Ivany announced her passing from the Toronto General Hospital on September 3, 2023 at the young age of 49 years. Tracy was a gift from God born to Ross and Audrey Ivany at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on September 16, 1973.

She is forever loved by her Husband, best friend and love of her life, Jeffrey, her daughters Taylor (Ethan) and Jenna (Lucas) and precious granddaughter Levy, whom she thought the world of. Her parents Ross and Audrey Ivany, siblings Rosalyn (Rick), Tammy (Doug), Glen, Peggy (Bob), Kelly (Mike), parents-in-law Wayne and Linda Hollett, grandmother Jean Hollett, and brother-in-law Jason (Lesa). As well as many nieces and nephews Brandon, Elecia, Santanna, Ryan, Audreyona, Amy, Sarah, Jessica, Samantha, Sophia, and Bella. Great nieces and nephews Eli, Eloise, Cole and Audrey, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Tracy was the youngest of six siblings and grew up in Grand Falls-Windsor. She met her high school sweetheart Jeff and they began their beautiful life. They were married June 22, 1996. Jeff's Military career brought them to Gander, where they had their first daughter, Taylor. The journey continued to Halifax, where they were blessed with their second daughter, Jenna. Continuing on with postings including Rome, Italy, where they had the opportunity to travel the world.

Tracy was known for her big heart, kind words, and infectious smile that lit up every room. She was a generous, selfless and genuine person. She will be remembered for all the heart she shared with her family and friends, she truly loved each of them. If you knew her, you felt it. These qualities led her to thrive in a career in health care, as a PSW.

Tracy loved travelling, shopping, gardening, rooting for her favourite team the Toronto Maple Leafs, live music and most of all her family. Tracy was a gentle soul and loved by so many. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.

A golden heart stopped beating; hardworking hands put to rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. The memorial service will be livestreamed from the Windsor Pentecostal Church Facebook page.
