It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sterling Keefe (Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Keefe and Vina Keefe; his former wife Judy; his in-laws, John and Hilda Blake; his siblings, Evelyn, Hazel, Ethel, Louise and Matthew Keefe; his brothers-in-law, Jack Budgell, Gordon Stuckless, Victor Curlew, John Mercer and Charlie Wells; his nephew Dennis Keefe; and his niece Elaine Wilson Power.
He is survived by: his wife Marion; his siblings, Winston Canning (Cherry) of Peterview, Aubrey Keefe (Betty) of Peterview, Adam Keefe (Betty) of Peterview, Anthony Keefe (Betty), Harry Keefe (Barb) of New Brunswick, Isabelle Wilson (Ron) of Badger, Cathy (Ron) of Botwood and Vina Brown of Botwood; and his sister-in-law Marg Keefe of Badger.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hoskins Funeral Home (527 Main St, Bishop's Falls, NL A0H1C0). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
