She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Hibbs and Ruby Hibbs; and her brother-in-law Gary Pelley. She is survived by: her husband Donald Pelley; her siblings, June Hibbs and Danny Hibbs (Angela); her brother-in-law Jack Pelley (Ruth); her nephews, John (Alicia), Roger and Jamie (Andrew); and her great-nephews, Joey Rowsell, Fort St. John B. C., Rylan Manning Hibbs, Dominic Danny Hibbs and Aubree Ruby Hibbs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
