It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Herbert Bishop (Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland), who passed away on December 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roy Sr.; and his sister Iris. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Jeffery (Christina) and Jeremy (Janice); his granddaughter Abigail (Poppys Dolly); his mother Ruby; and his siblings, Ruth (late Dennis), Wanda, Patricia (Alec), Ralph, Calvin (Laurie) and Russ (Jie).

Donations in Roy's memory can be made to the Lionel Kelland Hospice Centre, Presentation Centre, 3 St. Catherine Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL A2A 1V7 "And when the brokenhearted people living in the world agree There will be an answer, let it be For though they may be parted, there is still a chance that they will see.

You've worked hard in your lifetime, and you've helped many friends along the way without complaint. I'm going to miss you very much and even more when I go back to GFW in the future. I'm so, so sorry that Jie and I couldn't be there with you when you passed. But we'll meet again in that great bye and bye. So sorry Marilyn that you;ve lost your soulmate.”
