She was predeceased by: her husband Robin Kirby; her parents, A. Thomas Higdon and Lucy Higdon (Cranford); and her siblings, Lorraine Pye (Higdon), Allan, Guy and Larry Higdon.
She is survived by: her close friend James Wall; her sons, Derek Kirby (Shelley) and Dale Kirby; her siblings, Shirley Jones, Hughie Higdon (Yvonne) and Ken Higdon; her grandchildren, Adam, Rachel, Jaxon and Lisa; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Elijah; her nephew Keith Higdon; and her great-nieces, Natasha Jones and Amanda Jones. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Reverend Joan Antle will conduct a private family funeral service at the Anglican Church in Millertown in keeping with the Covid 19 restrictions.
