He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy; his parents, Joseph Madore and Anne Madore; his father-in-law Tommy; and his brothers-in-law, Barry and Gary.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia, Alicia, Veronica (Pat) and Maurice; his mother-in-law Shirley; and his nephews, Shawn and Brad. He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
