He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarke and Amy Clarke; his son Leo Clarke; his granddaughter Michelle Fudge; his siblings, Mac, Harris, Madge Edison, Joan Randell and Vivian Parsons; and his siblings-in-law, Hiliary Parsons, Alfreda Clarke and Madelene Budgell.

He is survived by: his wife Bridget; his children, Larry Clarke, Betty Budgell (Alvin), Madonna Fudge (Morris) and Winston Clarke (Cisley); his sisters, Olga Noseworthy (Claude) and Sadie Clarke; his siblings-in-law, Edward Randell and Edna Clarke; his nieces, Della Dwyer and Sheila Sceviour; his sons-in-law, Alvin Budgell and Morris Fudge; his grandson Mitchell Fudge; his friends, Kerry White and Patricia White; his grandchildren, Heather Whiteway and Spencer Clarke; and his daughter-in-law Cecily Clarke. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
