She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Budgell and Annie Budgell; and her siblings, Hubert, Bernard, Terry, George and Roberta.
She is survived by: her husband Cyril; her children, Frank (Roma), Gary (Christine), Brian (Heather) and Michelle (Todd); her grandchildren, Markus, Trevor, Matthew, Samantha, Morgan and Zackary; her great grandchild Lainey; and her siblings, Leonard (Ina), Loretta and Maureen (Pat). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, services will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
