He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Chaulk and Georgina Chaulk. He is survived by: his close friend Judy; his siblings, Reg Chaulk (Betty), Dennis Chaulk (Carol-ann), Maxina Chaulk and Debra Freake (Gary); his daughter Tzena Chaulk; his grandsons, Myles Chaulk (Amanda) and Dylan Blake; his great grandchild Sophia Chaulk; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy, Erica, Aurora, Courtney, Rodney, Paul and Jason Chaulk. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
