“Family and Friends of George It is with deepest regret to hear of the passing of a longtime friend and hockey opponent. As a hockey player with the St. John's Caps from 1965 to 1971, I had the privilege of also playing with him when he played with the Caps. He was a great player and amazing person who could entertain the night away by singing and playing his guitar. Wonderful memories. RIP George George Spracklin (Dorothy) Ottawa, Ont.”
