He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roberts and Rebecca Roberts; and his siblings, William, Abram, Hughie, Joseph, Kenneth, Minnie Churchill, Maude Tilley, Marion Churchill, Hettie Rice, Effie Roberts and Edna White.

He is survived by: his children, Wavey (Dave), Linda (Sheldon), Garry (Teellia), Roy and Bonnie (Jeff); his granddaughter Crystal; his great grandchildren, Elysha Quintal, Zander Tatchell and Elise Williams; and his brother Cliff (Florence). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
