It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Downey of Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland, born in Fleur de Lys, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation or Funeral Mass.
