We bid farewell to Effie May Budgell (Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 28, 2024 at the age of 92. Effie May touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Budgell (Ted); her sons, David and Rodney; and her parents, Alice Butt and Hayward Butt.
She is survived by: her children, Reg Budgell (Chloe) of St. John's and Dorothy Snow (Fred) of Kincardine, ON.; her daughter-in-law Myrna Budgell (Rodney) of Fort McMurray, AB; and her siblings, Betty Piercey, Iva Powell, Al Butt, Fred Butt and Clarence Butt.
