She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simpson and Margaret Simpson (Goulding). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Oxford; her son William Oxford (Sing-Lung Wong); her aunt Maude Goulding; her siblings-in-law, Malcolm Oxford, Harold Oxford, Barry Oxford, Glenda Reid, Wanda Hunt, Barbara Anstey and Betty Rideout; her friends, Beverley Lane, Pauline Power, Mort Power, Sharon Kendall, Ross Kendall, Sharon Stoodley and Dave Stoodley; and also, Helen Gabriel, Janet Rideout, Bill Hiltz, Allan, Russell, Susan, Stephen, Andrew Goulding and Esther Oxford. She is also survived by husband and son.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Cathy's memory may be made to St. Matthew's Presbyterian Church or Daffodil Place.
