He is survived by: his wife Daphne of Sweeney's Rent; his children, Mavis O'Keefe (John), Portugal Cove-St Philips, Marlene MacMurtry (Robert) and Maurice; his grandchildren, Justin, Andrea, Keiran and Katie; his great grandchild Landon; and his siblings, Johnny, Lucy, Patricia and Joan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center.
