He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Wells and Annie Wells; his son Tony; and his siblings, John, Tom, William, Arch, Margaret, Georgie, Matilda, Minnie, Emily and Alma.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Wells (Jeanny), Marguerite Forsey (Cecil) of Fortune, Rosalind Wells (Dennis) of Brooks, Michelle Hillier (Jamie) of Fortune and Ashley Wells (Chris) of Paradise; his brother Ken Wells (Margaret); his grandchildren, Ryan, Bradley, Brandon, Robyn, Anthony, Matthew, Lucas and Ashton; his great grandchildren, Ayla, Oliver, Kylie, Hayden, Winter and Mya; and his sisters-in-law, Winnie Wells and Helen Hickey.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wiseman's Funeral Home (48 Marine Dr, Grand Bank, NL A0E1W0). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Grand Bank Salvation Army Cemetery (2 Cemetary Rd, Grand Bank, NL A0E1W0).
In lieu of flowers donations in Wilson's memory may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery fund.
