He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Foote and Mary Jane Foote; his siblings, Martha Hillier, Rose Kelland, John, William and George Henry Foote; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Winifred Matthews; and his grandson Jeffrey Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Mae (Matthews); his daughters, Donna (Al Martin) of Fortune, Debbie (John Dolimount) of Woodstock and Dawn (Travis Perry) of Grand Bank; his sister Mary (Ed Skinner); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Sisk (Phillip Sisk), Courtney Matthews (Stefan Matchem) and Kiah Dolimount; and his great grandchildren, Chase Piercey, Lincoln, Sawyer Sisk, Blair, Bailey Matchem and Jada Lynn Matthews.
In Richard's memory donations may be made to the family on behalf of two Local Groups, CYN Youth Centre and Abby & Layla's Angels Cat Rescue Inc., or flowers gratefully accepted Richard would be so happy to know the kids were taken care of and for sure he would be happy to know the cats were looked after. .
