He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hillier and Gladys Hillier; his siblings, Chesley Hillier, Shirlee Hillier and Phyllis Diane Hillier; his son-in-law Bernard Farrell; his mother-in-law Annie Fizzard; and his siblings-in-law, Eli Fizzard, Owen Prior and Rosa Hillier.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Brenda Keeping (Charles) of Fortune, Wendy Hillier of Marystown and Shelly Hillier of Marystown; his siblings, Marlene Power (Pat), Roy Hillier (Lorraine), Ben Hillier (Paula) and Carl Hillier (Stella); his sister-in-law Elmira Prior of Grand Bank; his grandchildren, Vanessa (Robert), Charla, Andrew (Haley), Garlanda (Randy), Holly (Jamie), Blake (Jamie), Chelsea (Nick) and Gavin; his great grandchildren, CJ, Brookelyn, Hudson, Brielle, Sophie and Madelyn; and his nephew Keith Prior (Margaret).
