Olive Pope Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2022, Olive Pope of Grand Bank, Newfoundland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Olive Pope to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her sister Georgie Brooks; her husband Leo; her parents, John Harris and Bessie Harris; and her siblings, Hubert, Jane and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Randell Pope (Joan) of Grand Bank, Carl Pope (Ruth) of Grand Bank and Bessie Follett of London, ON; her grandchildren, Karen Harris (Nelson), Tracey Pope (Scott Young), Colleen LeBlanc (Chuck), Jeannette Pope (Rhodi Hawco) and David Pope (Lesa Devlin); her great grandchildren, Alysha Harris, Michelle Harris, Christopher LeBlanc, Caitlin LeBlanc, Morgan Young, Jason Pope and Ethan Pope; and her nieces and nephews, Roger Brooks, Gary Bennett, Debbie Brooks, Sandra Targett and Debbie Seward. She is also survived by other nephews, nieces and a large circle of extended family and friends.
In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 9th, from 2:00PM - 4:00PM and 7:00PM - 9:00PM. Everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the building and please note that masks must be worn in the funeral home at all times and everyone will have to present their VaxPass to enter the building and due to covid-19 regulations, no food is permitted in the funeral home.
