She was predeceased by: her husband Freeman Baker Sr.; her daughter Mary Frances Snook (John); her son-in-law Samuel Marshall; her parents, Samuel Fiander and Sarah Jane Fiander; her parents-in-law, Samuel and Janet Baker; her siblings, Norman Fiander, John Henry Fiander (Eva), Samuel Fiander (Mary), Blanche Fiander (Mack), Mary Anne Drakes (Albert) and Rita Fiander; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah Kearley (Arthur), Jessie Baker (Max), Mary Frances Baker and Tom Baker (Florence).

She is survived by: her children, Freeman Baker (Joanne) of Grand Bank, Wayne Baker of Milton, ON, Michael Baker (Phyllis) of St. John's, Jane Bishop (Launce) of Beaver Bank, NS and Vera Marshall of Grand Bank.
