He was predeceased by: his wife Emma; his parents, William Moulton and Amelia Moulton; and his sons-in-law, Reginald Smith, Shrinivasin Rangaratnam and Wayne Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, John (Beulah) of St. Stephen, NB, William (Joanne) of Marystown, Lorraine Smith of Dartmouth, NS, Gladys Rangaratnam of St. Catrherines, ON and Julie Ryan of Sudbury, ON; his sister Helen Rideout (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Tanya, Michelle, Shyam, Shanta, Jaclyn, Jodi, Christopher, Emma, Jonathan and Jillian.
In Captain Jack's memory, donations may be made to the United Church Cemetery.
