Harvey Penney Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harvey Penney of Grand Bank, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Penney and Lillian Penney; his brothers, Carl (Vera) and Melvin; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Lucy Hillier; and his siblings-in-law, Stan, Edgar, Ernest, Cyril, Howard, Alistair, Roy and Peggy.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Troy (Melissa) and Jason (Lacey); his grandchildren, Autumn, Ella and Ethan; his siblings, Lawrence (Amy), Cecil (Emma), Norm (Brenda), Clara (Tom), Vera (Albert) and Margaret; his siblings-in-law, Kathleen, Dorothy (Larry), Maisie, Kellie (Dale), Dulcie and Cecil (Myrtle); his caregiver Tracy Penney; and his friends, Calv and Phyllis.
