He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forsey and Mary Forsey; and his sisters, Winnie Matthews and Alice Storicks. He is survived by: his wife Kerry; his siblings, May Matthews, Emma Lake, Marie Brown, Fred Forsey (Marjorie) and Randell Forsey (Joy); and his nieces and nephews, Gordon Matthews (Shirley), Bill Matthews (Vera), Harold Matthews (Patty), Earl Matthews (Michelle), Don Matthews (Daphne), David Matthews (Michelle), Jerry Lake, Peter Lake, Ian Lake (Marina), Mae Foote (Richard), Bertha Rose (Chesley), Mary Shaw, Cecily Bennett (Charles), Donna Moss (Wayne), Yvonne Maguire (Jim), Kimberley Forsey, Stephanie Smerk, Michelle Kemp (Patrick) and Allison Green (John).
