He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Clarke and Elizabeth Clarke; his son Anthony; his siblings, Gordon, Richard and Gertie; his parents-in-law, Don and Mary Hillier; and his siblings-in-law, Shelia, Wendy, Linda, Sandra and Reg.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Steven Clarke of Grand Bank and Stephanie David (Eugene Badger) of Cold Lake, AB; his siblings, Shelia Marsh (Jim) of Paradise, Margaret Clarke of Grand Bank, Jeanette Follett (Hughie) of Molliers, Bernard Clarke of Marystown, Tom Clarke (Gladys) of Marystown, Guy Clarke of Cold Lake, AB and Gerald Clarke (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Jesse, Ethan, Anthony, Hayden, Skyler, Shelby and Faith.
In keeping with the current COVID 19 regulations there are no more than 20 people permitted inside the building at any one time.
