It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Thorne (Grand Bank, Newfoundland), who passed away on February 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lace and Rebecca Lace; her son Aubrey Thorne; and her siblings, Aubrey Lace and Roberta Lace.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her children, Christopher (Jennifer) of Chestermere, AB and Juanita Pierce (Larry) of Brooks, AB; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Cloe and Myra; and her brothers, Russell Lace (Judy) of Brooks, AB, Regal Lace (Suzanne) of Brooks, AB and Terry Lace (Marybelle) of Halifax, NS.

The Thorne Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Homes in Fortune on Saturday, February 15th from 10am to 4pm with A Celebration of Audrey's Life to follow at 4pm at Wiseman's Funeral Home in Fortune As per Audrey's wishes, cremation will take place In Audrey's memory, donations may be made to The Thorne Family.
