He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ralph and Sylvia Ralph; his siblings, John, Frank, Reuben Ralph and Georgie Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Len Myles and Eugene Mitchell.

He is survived by: his wife Fronie; his children, Aubrey (Sheila) of Grand Bank, Karen Lee (Lloyd) of Paradise, NL and Sylvia Wells (Stan) of Mount Pearl; his sister Mae Myles of Grand Bank; his sister-in-law Lillian Ralph of Grand Bank; his grandchildren, Bonnie, Jill, Michael, Michelle, Morgan, Mikayla and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Ashlee, John, Jenna, Reid, Alex, Zoe and Chloe.

In Arthur's memory, donations may be made to the Grand Bank United Church Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully accepted.
