She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Matthews; her parents, John Forsey and Mary Forsey; and her siblings, Winnifred, Alice, Emma and Edward.
She is survived by: her sons, William Matthews (Vera), Harold Matthews (Patti), Earl Matthews (Michelle), Donald Matthews (Daphne) and David Matthews (Michelle); her siblings, Sarah Brown, Frederick Forsey (Marjorie) and Randell Forsey (Joy); her grandchildren, Karen, Lindsey, Jeffery, Natasha, Kristie, Connie, Carla, Colin, Scott, Brittany and Adam; and her sister-in-law Kerri Luke.
In Amelia's memory donations may be made to Grand Bank United Church, or flowers gratefully accepted.
