We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022, at the age of 73, John Dermot Joyce of Goulds, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John Joyce Jr.; and his parents, Mary Joyce and Luke Lee-Joyce. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Kathleen and Frank Hanlon Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Williams, Ernest Williams, John Hanlon, Frank Hanlon Jr., Frank Shannahan, Edgar Branton, Lorraine Hanlon, Paula Hanlon and Bridget Keough; his wife Kay; his daughter Kimberley (George); his granddaughter Maria (Steven); his siblings, Michael (Debbie), Luke Jr. (Donna), Eddie (Linda), Dennis, Patrick (Eileen), Kevin, Patsy (Mike), Bernice (late Ernest), Diane (late Kenneth) and Colleen (Barry); his siblings-in-law, Colin Hanlon, Walter Hanlon, Barry Hanlon, Mary Shannahan and Rose Branton; and his friend Albert O'Rielly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
As per John's love for children, in lieu of flowers donations can be made and would be greatly appreciated to the Ronald McDonald House in his name.
