He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Foley and Leila Foley; his brothers, Reginald, Ronald and Gerald; and his half-brother Cecil Rex.

He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his sons, Brian (Kim) and Keith (Jackie); his siblings, Ambrose (Lucy), Jean (Mel) and Helen (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Gregory and Jessica. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
