He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pack and Phoebe Pack. He is survived by: his wife Annie Sarah Pack; his children, Thomas "Tom" (Lena), Elaine (Bert), Carolann (Rodney) and Joanne (Tony); his friends, Camilla and Chuck Rice (Tyler); his grandchildren, Mindy, Waylon, Chasity, Christopher, Duane, Joanna and Jake; his great grandchildren, Ava, Isaac, Rebecca, Gracie and Jackson; and his brother George Pack (Margaret). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
