Virtue Seaward Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virtue Seaward of Gooseberry Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Ann Wicks; her husband Edward; her father William Wicks; her brothers, Christopher and Martin; and her sister-in-law Evelyn.

She is survived by: her sons, William, Austin (Berni), Terry (Lorraine), Gerald, Clyde (Mildred) and Preston; her grandchildren, Queena (Jay) and Bobby (Bonnie); her great grandchildren, Breana, Makayla, Devon, Chayse, Jasmine and Brooklyn; her great great grandchildren, Kein and Harlow; her sister-in-law Serena; and her close friend Sharon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Covid-19 stopped her visiting.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Eliza's memory to St Augustine's Anglican Church Hare Bay.
