He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parrott and Rita Parrott; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his children, Philip (Leahan), Adam and Mary; and his siblings, John (Marjorie), Laura (Bill), Margaret and Walter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other friends.
