He is survived by: his wife Babe Helena Cooze; his sister Daphney Noseworthy; his children, Craig Starks (Betsy Hounsell), Jim Starkes (Wendy) and Daphne Keats (Larry); and his grandchildren, Barry Keats, Jenny Freeman (James), Christopher Hounsell, Karissa Hounsell (Zach Chettleborough), Ashley Starks, Jordan Starks, Christopher Starks (Katie), Maddison Starks, Boyd Starks (Beverly Rogers), Bradley Keats (Jessica Hunt) and Perry Keats (Megan Holden).
